LANDOWNERS’S HELPDESK

As a pioneering move, Indus instituted a dedicated Help Desk called i-Care to benchmark the satisfaction level of landowners.

Given the increasing complexity of relationship management, all the queries and complaints raised by our existing and prospective landlords are now effectively handled by the i-Care helpdesk. This initiative has greatly led to the strengthening of bonds between Landlords and Indus.

Further, to provide assistance in resolving queries emanating from the fraternity of landowners and their other service requests, Indus has established a state of the art call center named: iCare. Considering India is a land of various languages and the ease of resolving queries from landowners is our topmost priority, we have an inbuilt system in our call center that enables the landowners to communicate with our call center in their preferred language.
