ICare Helpdesk

As a pioneering move, Indus instituted a dedicated Help Desk called i-Care to benchmark the satisfaction level of landlords.

Given the increasing complexity of relationship management, all the queries and complaints raised by our existing and prospective landlords are now effectively handled by the i-Care helpdesk. This initiative has greatly led to landlord delight and the strengthening of bonds between Landlords and Indus. In 2016-2017, i-Care handled 19,773 calls with a resolution efficiency of as high as 99%.

Was conceptualized with an aim to improving the engagement activities with landlords, aimed at delivering ‘delight’ in return for the continued support they have for us.

The profile of landlord partners ranges from farmers, individual house owner and private and government establishments.

Indus has tied up with institutions like Delhi Metro, Delhi Development Authority, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Mumbai Metro, Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation and various defense establishments at Bhatinda, Delhi, Pune, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Kampte, Chennai and Cochin to set up telecom towers in their premises

Partnering with Indus gives landlords increased connectivity, a regular rental income and (in the case of educational institutes) site visits for students. Most importantly, it provides landlords with the opportunity to participate in India’s infrastructure build-out.


The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), Lucknow Cantonment, Mumbai Port Trust, Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation are some of the sites owned by the Government.

These sites are maintained as best in class and there is minimal impact in terms of Operations and Maintenance of these towers. There are various tower options available such as a Camouflaged Monopole, a Ground Based Tower or a Roof Top Tower.

We propose to expand our installations across the country through Government and corporate sites with a business model that will benefit all the stakeholders within the telecom ecosystem



Further, to provide assistance in resolving queries emanating from the fraternity of landlords and their other service requests, Indus has established a state of the art call center named: iCare. Considering India is a land of various languages and the ease of resolving queries from landlords is our topmost priority, we have an inbuilt system in our call center that enables the landlords to communicate with our call center in their preferred language. On an average, iCare handles more than 180 inbound calls per day.
