Our innovative solutions have resulted in enhanced efficiencies, which in turn have reduced costs for our customers, giving them the chance to participate in India’s infrastructure build-out.
We engage an independent third party to carry out customer surveys and measure our performance on the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) through online surveys and selfadministered web-based interviews.
Our ever-increasing Customer satisfaction scores are a testimony to the success of our customer-centric approach. We will continue to forge stronger bonds with our Customers through appropriate actions based on the output of these surveys.

You have worked day and night towards faster recovery of the network in flood affected areas in Kerala in very adverse situations, There has been good work done by our teams in other affected circles too but I wish to mention here that Kerala impact was highest and the recovery was fastest, which is the clear result of local team’s hardship and customer focused approach.
My sincere thanks to each team member of Indus and VIL at circle and central teams who worked leaving other priorities behind and focused only on network restoration. I appreciate the well-coordinated efforts between both the teams which brought positive and quick outcome and gave great relief and support to our valued customers.
