Doing Business with us

Landlords : Our Key Collaborators

It is our enduring partnerships that enable our endeavour to connect each and every Indian with the boundless possibilities that the digital world presents. Amongst these partnerships, our relationship with our landlords forms the keystone of our uninterrupted nationwide service – they are the foundation upon which our whole structure rests.

Customers & Strategic Partners to Indus

Landlords are a key stakeholder group for the Indus Family. In order to achieve sustainable and successful business goals, our relationship with landlords plays a very crucial role.

Landlords are not only our customers but also strategic partners in the journey of our business growth. We work with over 139,977 landlords and are constantly improving our systems to ensure that we provide the right experience to each and every one of them.

ICare Helpdesk

As a pioneering move, Indus instituted a dedicated Help Desk called i-Care to benchmark the satisfaction level of landlords.

Given the increasing complexity of relationship management, all the queries and complaints raised by our existing and prospective landlords are now effectively handled by the i-Care helpdesk. This initiative has greatly led to landlord delight and the strengthening of bonds between Landlords and Indus. In 2016-2017, i-Care handled 19,773 calls with a resolution efficiency of as high as 99%.

Landlord Relationship Management (LLRM)

Was conceptualized with an aim to improving the engagement activities with landlords, aimed at delivering ‘delight’ in return for the continued support they have for us.

Welcome to the Indus Towers “Property owners” page. Our leading position in the industry would not be possible without the mutually beneficial relationships we have cemented with over a 100,000 land owners. We would like to extend our relationships with prospective landlords, as we continue to jointly enhance the connectivity of India.

Interested landlords may please provide their property details below. It is our endeavour to explore long-term contractual arrangements on mutually agreed terms, to meet our ongoing requirement of site locations.

TYPES OF TOWER OWNERS

The profile of landlord partners ranges from farmers, individual house owner and private and government establishments.

Indus has tied up with institutions like Delhi Metro, Delhi Development Authority, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Mumbai Metro, Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation and various defense establishments at Bhatinda, Delhi, Pune, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Kampte, Chennai and Cochin to set up telecom towers in their premises

Partnering with Indus gives landlords increased connectivity, a regular rental income and (in the case of educational institutes) site visits for students. Most importantly, it provides landlords with the opportunity to participate in India’s infrastructure build-out.

Government

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), Lucknow Cantonment, Mumbai Port Trust, Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation are some of the sites owned by the Government.

These sites are maintained as best in class and there is minimal impact in terms of Operations and Maintenance of these towers. There are various tower options available such as a Camouflaged Monopole, a Ground Based Tower or a Roof Top Tower.

We propose to expand our installations across the country through Government and corporate sites with a business model that will benefit all the stakeholders within the telecom ecosystem

LANDOWNERS’S HELPDESK

Further, to provide assistance in resolving queries emanating from the fraternity of landlords and their other service requests, Indus has established a state of the art call center named: iCare. Considering India is a land of various languages and the ease of resolving queries from landlords is our topmost priority, we have an inbuilt system in our call center that enables the landlords to communicate with our call center in their preferred language. On an average, iCare handles more than 180 inbound calls per day.
